Following the government’s confusing communication about the removal of heating oil from Belgian houses, Leo Burnett created a campaign « infor/mation/mazout ». This campaign aimed to reassure and give clear information to the 3.5 million Belgians who are using heating oil. The campaign was spread through print ads in the daily press, animations, a news site and access to a continuous information line.
